A Tale of number two!

Gross, you thought I was talking about poop!!!  Nah, something MUCH better!!!  Little guy was number two!!!  God must have thought Mama was doing ok with number one, so he surpirsed her and daddy with Jaxton Robert!
On April 29, 2011 he was served an eviction notice because the Dr. said he couldn't stay any longer due to mama's diabetes. Little guy took his time but listened better than the other two boys!  He made his entrance into this world at 4pm.  7lbs 10oz of pure, loveable, snuggly bear!

The day Maddox met his new best friend <3

One day, Jackerbie had a terrible diaper rash, Mama cried and called her mom because his butt was bleeding!  Mom said to put a burp rag around him and bring him out.  That was the start to cloth diapers in the Belwood home.......Daddy even attempted to put them on :)  Mama loved his effort, he got an A+!

Jaxton has ALWAYS been the comedian of the family, it is his goal to make us all laugh on a daily basis!
Meet Jaxton Longstocking!!!!

Jaxton is the little peanut, he grew fast as a baby but is kinda shrimpy now :)
Some days Mama thinks Henny looks a lot like Jackerbie!

"Mama, look! I did my work, just like you." Funny little boy, Mama was checking her order that had come from Scentsy and Little guy had found stickers in the mail pile and "decorate" himself. He then proceeded to rip them all off and throw them into the garbage.  Then, on to his next adventure....
"LOOK Mama!!! I'm a baby bird, sitting in my nest with my chickies.  This is an egg, you shake it like this to get the chickie out!!!!!
And last, but not least......
"Look MAMA!!!!  I'm a pig and this is my curly tail!!!"  (yes, the house is messy, we have kids and i expect it)

A note from Mama:  Maddox had been hiding out in his room when Jax was doing all these cute things.  I didn't skip him, I just wrote out of order because I had cute pictures of him that night. Maddox will have his day, as will Henny!

Dragon Tale

Long before Mama had babies, she decided to get a fur baby.  After scouring the papers for a small dog, it was decided that a rat terrier was coming home with her, no matter what.  Living at home with mom, it was a bit risky but well worth it.  Mama drove up to Cloquet without telling anyone and came home with her new fur baby.  All the pets at mom's house had names according to the holiday that was closest to the time they came home.  So Frankenstein lives.  aka Frankie
Frankie went everywhere that Mama went, even if he had to sit in the car.  With the exception of work, of course!

Frankie was Mama's baby, he didn't want to share, even with the cute baby.
He tolerated both boys but bit Maddox twice.  After the second time, Mama knew that she had to find her baby a new home. Frank had also been peeing in the house just to get back at her.  What a heartbreaking thing to do, especially being eight months pregnant.  Human babies are the light of her life and she needed to protect them.  One Sunday afternoon, Mama packed Frankie and his stuff up and gave him one last good snuggle on the couch and through her tears told him how much she loved him.
Frankie now lives with Papa.  He is the most spoiled dog that anyone has ever met!  Papa and Gramma Kris cook him supper, bring him left overs and he has the run of the house.  He doesn't pee in the house and still comes to visit and get his nails trimmed.  (i still miss him)

After Henny was born, Mama was very lonely for a little snuggly dog.  After researching breeds that are good with kids, Boston Terrier was settled on.  (it took some convincing of hubs)  July 5th mama packed all three boys in the car and drove to Saginaw.  To say the house was a dumb is an understatement........but they had what Mama wanted.....
After listing off names in the car, big guy hollered from the back seat "Mama, how about green?" After kindly suggesting that he keep thinking, he settled on Millie.  He named her after the girl pirate on Jake and the Neverland Pirates.

Millie started her journey home by crying the entire way and peeing on the seat of the car.  She was soooo tiny that Walmart didn't have a collar small enough for her.  One of the best things was that Mama FINALLY got to buy something PINK!!!!

The bond between baby Henny and Millie is heart melting.  From the day she came home, she has always been so gentle with him.  She is kind of a turd sometimes most of the time but she is very good natured.

While she is gentle with her baby, she likes to chase and try to "eat" big and little guy.  She has extremely sharp little puppy teeth needles in her mouth and maybe sometimes she is trying to eat them.

Tonight though, something odd happened.  She morphed......she did something magical....(besides not pooping on the floor today).  She turned green, she suddenly had spots.  Spikes sprouted from her back and she grew huge teeth.............

WE HAVE A DRAGON!!!!!! Millie was a good sport, even when little guy screamed "The dragon is trying to get me!!!" and scrambled to get away from her.  Little guy is going to be a dragon for Halloween as well.  Twinsies!!!!

P.S......dragons still pee on the floor......at their daddy's feet.......

The White House

One day, mama took a Friday off of work to spend with her boys. Hubs was nice and gave two crazies something to eat before he left so mama could "sleep in."  Henny decided that it was time to get up at 7:50, he was not going to read anymore!
Mama was tired but she obliged and traipsed down the stairs to see what all the clanging and banging was.

No big deal, it was just big and little guy jumping on the bed, thumping on the heat duct in the closet and slamming their bedroom door.  They tore out of there, on the double, when they heard mama approaching......
leaving a path of destruction in their wake!  The boys weren't the only ones causing trouble, while mama was scrubbing the bathroom (boys are gross), someone else didn't want to be out done.....
Good thing that chair is being replaced, mama got to order a new chair for her birthday and it's off limits to everyone except mama and Henny!

After showering and getting everyone dressed to go grocery shopping, big and little guy decided they wanted to take mama out to eat. They picked "the green restaurant", more commonly known as Perkins. Most people get the impression (I have no idea why), that the Belwood boys are crazy.....now here is proof that they have manners.

Not once did Mama have to tell them to get back in their spots or to eat their lunch. Maddox ate his whole meal before Mama even ate half of his sandwich.  As Mama and her boys were waiting for the waitress to bring back their bill, a nice old man stopped to tell Mama that he had been watching them from where he was sitting.  He said that the Belwood boys were so well behaved that they could have dined at the White House.  Now, if you have ever read anything about the Belwood Crazies, usually its the exact opposite.....and maybe that's because good children are "boring" to tell stories about, so when they're good.....it's not broadcast on Facebook. Mama was very proud of her boys, it's not very often that she hears that sort of thing.

He wanted to check out Millie's new digs......Mama didn't put him in there for punishment(although there's times she wishes she could lock them in the closet)

But then there's times like this that Mama knows she wouldn't want it any other way.....crazy or not, they're the loves of her life!

Birthday Surprise

Some days you wake up and just know they’re going to be terrible. That was not the case on this fine Thursday morning.  It was not a terrible, horrible, no good, very bad day.  In fact, it was the exact opposite.

The alarm went off and mama hit snooze as many times as she could and still be on time for work.  Little Henny was still asleep in his bed but the big and little guy were awake downstairs.  Mama woke Henny and snuggled up on the couch so he could have some breakfast before going downstairs to see what the other two were up to.

Big and little guy were dressed and ready to go in their undies ready to go.  Surprising, I know!

Mama put Henny into his jumper so he could watch big and little guy be goofy and to catch some of the Today show while she took a shower.

Big guy decided that he didn't want to get dressed today and was going to go the Ms. Linda's in his undies. (I have brought him in his undies before, to teach him a lesson)He sat outside the bathroom door, yowling.  Somehow, during the night, his pants and shirt shriveled up in a pile and he was unable to put them on.  Daddy to the rescue though, all big guy needed was a hug and a kiss......and his socks put on....that magical hug and kiss rejuvenated the clothing and he was able to put them on by himself!!!!  It was a miracle!

Mama is all clean and ready to go, all she needed to do is change Henny and put some clean clothes on him......wrong answer.  Henny had made mama a birthday surprise!!!!!  He worked so hard on this present that it was up his back and down to his knees and smelled like fresh flowers horrible.  Now, most parents would be grossed out and unable to stand presents like that.  Mama and daddy, on the other hand, love it.  If you have ever had a child unable to go to the bathroom, crying because it hurts or its stuck.......you will embrace wet, stinky poop.

Mama was ok with being late, she got to spend a little extra time with her stinky present maker :)

Lions and Tigers and Bears OH MY!

Or maybe just lions………  One little man in the house will use every excuse to get out of bed, not your normal “I need a drink” or “I’ve gotta go potty”…..  He’s brazen……”I need this toy” “I need my Lucky Charms” and things of that sort.  But the thing is, little man Jax is cute.  His mama and daddy turn their heads so he doesn’t see them snickering.

One day, mama made the mistake of moving all their toys from the dining room toy room to their closet.  After multiple requests for the little man to get into his bed and stop playing with toys, he finally complies.

Mama goes and sits on the couch to feed Henny Penny when she sees fingers come around the corner, then she sees the little man peeking at her "mama," the little man cries. "I'm scared, there's lions in my room!"

The mama does something that gives her great job........pawns the job off onto someone else.......

Millie takes her job quite seriously, no squeeky toy lion would get passed her!

She is ferocious, I think those lions would be scared as soon as they saw her.  Fortunately for the mama, this worked for one night.  The mama had to come up with another plan because those lions were quickly getting brave and wanting to fight with the ferocious beast.  Lucky for the boys, mama had some of this in the bathroom......

You're probably wondering what this is (besides a heavenly scent after any of the three boys use the bathroom), but mama had to protect her young with Lion Spray.  That's right, it doubles as a bathroom spray.  Maddox says he likes the smell of it so the mama had to ward off the lions a few times before they retreated and the children drifted off to sleepy land.  Well, all except the littlest one, who enjoyed his mama time!
Or maybe not :)

The Monster

One Tuesday morning, Mama Belwood slowly shuffled
down the stairs to get ready for work when she heard a small voice coming from the couch.........

"Mama, I'm scared!" the little man cried as he was sitting on the couch pouting.  The mama asked him why and he replied "There's a monster trying to get me!  I want some yogurt!!!!"

(I never knew that monsters didn't like yogurt, but that's good info to stow away for the next monster encounter.)

So the Mama gets him some yogurt to keep him safe while she takes a shower, no one would ever want to leave their son unprotected in such a cruel environment! But before she can step in to the one place that no one bothers her (hahaha!), Millie needs to be let out to pee.  Most of you would envision a the dog running down the stairs to the rocks or maybe if we're lucky, the grass.  But no, she squats on the deck and if it's really cold, right on the door mat. (its outside, right?)

You would think a little ferocious dog would be a good protector from the monster that lurks in the living room, but sadly, she is just as scary to the little man and would probably steal the yogurt to protect herself from the monster.

Into the bathroom with the mama for Naughty Millie, you stink but no time for a bath this morning.  Mama took down the fabric shower curtain yesterday to wash it, so its just the clear plastic liner (no worries, they all peek at me in the shower when they need something anyways.)

Millie has an obsession.........she can't help herself.  Even with a scary looking mama in the shower.......
Teetering on the edge of the tub, stretching as far as she can, just to get a taste of the delicious shower water.  Then, she just couldn't handle it anymore and found shelter between the tub and the shower curtain.  She was safe to have as much of the bubbly beverage as she wanted without getting wet.

The mama finishes getting ready with her sidekick, peeping Millie and goes to tell everyone goodbye.

The monster must have been lurking around because the little man was frantically yelling for his mama to get him more yogurt, because the three that he had already eaten weren't enough.

Mama takes the milk up to Henny and there is an intruder in her bed..........a foot pokes out of the covers........"mama, kiss and hug my foot goodbye!" and without a second thought, she does just that.  The intruder then pops out with a smile and an "I love you" for his mama.

Off to work went the mama, and daddy took the kids on an adventure for the day.

(Hopefully they all return from their adventure unscathed!!!)
