One day, mama took a Friday off of work to spend with her boys. Hubs was nice and gave two crazies something to eat before he left so mama could "sleep in." Henny decided that it was time to get up at 7:50, he was not going to read anymore!
Mama was tired but she obliged and traipsed down the stairs to see what all the clanging and banging was.
No big deal, it was just big and little guy jumping on the bed, thumping on the heat duct in the closet and slamming their bedroom door. They tore out of there, on the double, when they heard mama approaching......
leaving a path of destruction in their wake! The boys weren't the only ones causing trouble, while mama was scrubbing the bathroom (boys are gross), someone else didn't want to be out done.....
Good thing that chair is being replaced, mama got to order a new chair for her birthday and it's off limits to everyone except mama and Henny!
After showering and getting everyone dressed to go grocery shopping, big and little guy decided they wanted to take mama out to eat. They picked "the green restaurant", more commonly known as Perkins. Most people get the impression (I have no idea why), that the Belwood boys are crazy.....now here is proof that they have manners.
Not once did Mama have to tell them to get back in their spots or to eat their lunch. Maddox ate his whole meal before Mama even ate half of his sandwich. As Mama and her boys were waiting for the waitress to bring back their bill, a nice old man stopped to tell Mama that he had been watching them from where he was sitting. He said that the Belwood boys were so well behaved that they could have dined at the White House. Now, if you have ever read anything about the Belwood Crazies, usually its the exact opposite.....and maybe that's because good children are "boring" to tell stories about, so when they're good.....it's not broadcast on Facebook. Mama was very proud of her boys, it's not very often that she hears that sort of thing.
He wanted to check out Millie's new digs......Mama didn't put him in there for punishment(although there's times she wishes she could lock them in the closet)
But then there's times like this that Mama knows she wouldn't want it any other way.....crazy or not, they're the loves of her life!
